All sales are final.  

• Sergeant Greg prefer communication by email.  He is often on field with players and group.  The facility could be noisy and phone is not the best way to contact him. EMAIL is best.
• No booking without form filled and deposit received. 
• No deposit refund after confirmation from Sergeant Greg.  No date or time changed allowed.
• Our facility is based on RESPECT: respect of other players, equipment, rules, facility and staff, etc.
• Playing laser tag under 8 years old, under drug or alcool influence will avoid any Sergeant's Greg responsability.
• Sergeant Greg may exclude all person that do not respect his rules or put other players in danger.  No refund.
• All player (or group responsable) must sign the waiver the same day.  All players must follow safety rules posted on the party room.
